Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Bazareni platform, website, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. At this time, Bazareni does not carry out internal financial transactions. Its main role is to facilitate contact between interests, whether they are: Products, Services, Information, Business Opportunities, Employment, Investment, Tenders, Partnerships, etc.

Remuneration

Agents will be paid based on performance. The greater the interest generated in the monitored content, the higher the percentage of gain. The model is based on:

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify Bazareni immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Post false, misleading, fraudulent, or illegal content
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Scrape, harvest, or collect user data or content without permission
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Circumvent security or access controls

Bazareni reserves the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property and Content

The Bazareni name, logo, and platform design are owned by Bazareni. You retain ownership of content you post, but you grant Bazareni a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the platform. You represent that you have the right to post your content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bazareni is a connection and listing platform only. Bazareni is not a party to any transaction between users and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listings or the accuracy of user-provided information. You use the platform and interact with other users at your own risk. Bazareni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform or any transaction or communication with other users.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bazareni, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Termination
